John R. Oltman President & CEO Mr. Oltman is president and CEO of JRO Consulting (LLC), a company focused on creating significant shareholder value through business transformation resulting in timely liquidity events. Previously, Mr. Oltman served as Chairman and CEO of Seurat (sold to Fair Isaac), a pioneer in outsourcing on-line and customer centric marketing based on deep analytics; Executive Chairman and Managing Member of the executive committee of TSW International (now Indus), the global leader in asset care software and services; Chairman and CEO of SHL Systemhouse (merged with MCI), a $1.2 billion public company and the leading provider of technology enabled 'transitional' outsourcing and worldwide Managing Partner of operations for Systems Integration, Outsourcing and Alliances for Accenture formerly Andersen Consulting. Mr. Oltman has also served as director, advisor, investor and interim executive in public and private companies. Among the companies he has served, such roles include: Exult, a market leader in outsourcing HR business processes; Lante, a leader in internet consulting services; and, Evolve, an early leader in providing software as a service. Mr. Oltman has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is an avid skier, golfer and tennis player. He is active in many charitable and civic organizations. He splits time between Chicago, IL and Beaver Creek, CO.
